    Project Description

    The construction of 50 flats and retail units in Railway Street, Chelmsford for Horizon Essex group.

    This was a traditional build project with Flemish bond brickwork in cavity wall.

    The project was constructed on a tight site with little access but with Horizon & Ebsworth team planning we were able to make the project meet program deadlines successfully.
